Q: How often do you send the newsletter?
A: Twice a week - on Monday and Thursday.
Q: How do I subscribe or unsubscribe?
A: Send an email to mailto:namethatmovie@namethatmovie.net with "subscribe" or "unsubscribe" - without the quotes, in the body of the message.
Q: Someone told me that you have to pay to subscribe - is this true and, if so, how much does it cost?
A: This is not true - the newsletter is totally free.
Q: Before I decide whether or not to subscribe, I'd like to see past issues. Is that possible?
A: Certainly, and what a great idea. Just follow the link on any of our pages, to the "Archives" section.
Q: Now I have subscribed but my newsletter didn't arrive - help.
A: If you haven't received it within a day from when you usually get it, write and ask to have a new one sent.
Q: Where and how do I send my guesses in?
A: Put your answers in the body of the message, informing me which movie number/s you are sending and

Q: How do I know whether my guesses are right or not?
A: I write back, usually within 24 hours, and let you know. If you haven't heard from me after 24 hours, send them again.
Q: How much time do I have to send my guesses to you?
A: So I have time to update the results on the site, the answers need tg get to me by 9am on the Monday or Thursday morning, Australian Eastern time, following each newsletter.
Q: I don't live in Australia - what time is that?
A: Write to me and let me know so I can convert that for you.
Q: How many points do I get for a correct answer?
A: You get ten points for every correct answer, plus, a bonus of five points for both answers being right. That will be a minimum of 0 points to a maximum of 25 points possible.
Q: Is there any way to earn extra points?
A: Occasionally, we have a theme week, which means both films or their titles will have something in common with each other. Extra points are awarded and can be a different value. You will be advised in the newsletter when that is happening and what the bonus points are valued at.
Q: A friend recommended your site to me - will they be given any extra points?
A: No.
Q: Why are there no prizes given?
A: Because I am a stay at home mother who does this as a hobby only. Also, because I live in Australia and most subscribers live overseas, I cannot afford the currency rates.
Q: I can't read the reply you sent me - why is that?
A: My mail is set to read and write in text only. Some people send some beautiful graphics in html/cgi but I can't read or answer them.
